I often pop into a down dog, or up into a handstand at random times during the day. The bottom of my legs often viewable in cubicle land- usually because I'm standing on my head. It is seriously the best cure for the afternoon blahs. At home, I usually "relax" in one asana or another, especially before bed.
But do I "legit" practice everyday....in the sense of at least 60 minutes of me time...dancing on my mat? No. I don't. But I should...
